This means that you must book in advance if you wish to work out in the health club or gymnasium 3.
Booking for self-training will be in the period Monday to Thursday from 4 to 10PM and Friday from 4 to 8PM.
Self-training up to 4PM on weekdays and our entire opening hours in the weekends will be as normal.
Click on BOOKING in the front page, then choose Booking egentrening and log in with your username and password (click on «New User» if you have never booked before) We encourage everybody to change clothes before training. The shoe closet in the hallway is available.
NB! You can also book self-training via our booking app «iBooking» (Available in Appstore or Google Play)
Rules for self-training bookings:
You can book 48 hours before. Example: If you want to train at 4PM on a Wednesday you can book from Monday at 4PM.
It is important that you arrive within the time you have booked.
Would you like to train longer than 1 workout? Then you can book more sessions after one another. (Maximum 2 bookings)
You will not have to register on the booking terminal and you will not receive a receipt like in group sessions.
You can join the waiting list if we are fully booked. If/when available you will receive a text.
Remember to cancel at least 120 minutes ahead if you are not able to train, so that someone else can have your spot.
