HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This form of training consists of cardio and strength exercises that are performed with high intensity.

Simple, motivating and effective interval training for strength and stamina! Each interval consists of 20 seconds of activity, followed by 10 seconds of rest. These intervals are repeated eight timesfor a total of four minutes. The class consists of eight such intervals with activities including body weight exercises or exercises with medicine balls, manuals, knitwear and slides. The exercises are performed either stationary (in one place) or as part of a circuit (several stations). The class is suitable for those who want to improve stamina and endurance. The intensity can be adjusted to your individual level.

HIIT-Circuit is station training. During this class the active periods are varied from 20 seconds to several minutes. Exercises will encounterare body weight exercises, ball exercises, kettle bells, manuals, TRX and step. The class is suitable for those who want to improve stamina and endurance. The intensity can be adjusted to your individual level.

This is a class that focuses on functional exercises. You will achieve a full body workout composed of versatile basic exercises. BasisBall is a group-training concept based on general basic training.

We use the basis ball, a medicine ball with built-in handles. Through various exercises we challenge and improve your resilience, mobility, coordination, strength, speed and endurance. The workout provides highly transferable movement patterns, and increases your capacity to perform better in everyday life, physical activity and sports.
