Running

During our running classes the focus is on improving stamina and becoming a smarter runner, whether you are training for a competition or want just want to get healthier. These classes are completely adaptable whether you want to walk or run. You adjust the intensity and pace individually.

Information about our running classes

Run 30
30 minute running classes. The main part of the session we run 10-16 minutes at high intensity. You control tempo and intensity yourself.

Run 45
45 minute running classes. The main part of these sessions we run 15-25 minutes at high intensity. You control tempo and intensity yourself.

Run Hill
Intervals where we gradually escalate on a treadmill. Run or walk on gradients of 5% and above. You control tempo and intensity yourself.

Run Short Interval
Intervals lasting from 20-90 seconds.

Run Long Interval
Intervals lasting from 2-6 minutes.

Run Mix Interval
A mixture of different types of intervals.
